You Can Now Fly To Turks and Caicos on Southwest for $69
By Travel Noire
Southwest Airlines is on a mission to make international travel much more accessible to everyone, and their new daily routes to the Caribbean are proof. This week, the low-cost airline added new daily routes from South Florida to tropical destinations Turks and Caicos Islands, San Jose, Costa Rica and Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic to it’s rapidly growing schedule, and the prices for tickets are going to make budget travelers want to book ASAP.
Operating daily from Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, the new routes come just days after Southwest announced plans to serve the Hawaiian Islands in 2018. With the added routes, Turks and Caicos is now the 11th country to be served by Southwest, with the newly initiated service to San Jose and the Dominican Republic bringing the number of Latin American destinations served by Southwest to 10.
