Southwest Debuts New Nonstop Flight Routes

If you’re a fan of low-cost airline Southwest (then again, who isn’t), it’s about to get much quicker to get to your destination thanks to an expansion of nonstop flights.

The airline recently announced plans to roll out new nonstop flights between popular destinations, with many flights debuting this month while others will begin later this fall. Beginning Oct. 3, 2018, Southwest will add daily nonstop service between:

Houston and Columbus, Ohio

Houston and Louisville, Kentucky

Denver and Memphis, Tennessee

Beginning Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018, Southwest will add weekly nonstop service on Sundays between:

Oklahoma City and Nashville, Tennessee

Denver and El Paso, Texas

This month, the airline introduced daily service between Milwaukee and Houston and started operating nonstop routes weekly on Saturdays between:

San Jose, California and Cabo San Lucas/Los Cabos

Sacramento, California and Cabo San Lucas/Los Cabos

The carrier began seasonal, nonstop daily service between San Diego and Puerto Vallarta and weekly service on Sundays between Sacramento and New Orleans and between San Diego and El Paso.
