Dulan’s Soul Food

Dulan’s on Crenshaw is a restaurant, banquet hall and full-service catering company specializing in Southern home cooking. For over 25 years, owner Gregory Dulan has been serving some of the best Soul Food in Los Angeles with recipes passed down through the generations. Get your chicken smothered or fried with all the traditional sides from collard greens to black-eyed peas.

The Serving Spoon

Head to Inglewood, California for a taste of traditional southern, soul food. The Serving Spoon has been a local favorite since 1982. Expect long lines and crowds on the weekends especially after Sunday church when everyone in the neighborhood is hankering for some cheese grits with catfish and eggs, collard greens, candied yams, and chicken and waffles.

My 2 Cents LA

“From the Soil to Your Soul” My 2 Cents LA is committed to using fresh, local organic Ingredients. Located in Mid-City, the menu boasts some truly delectable items like sweet potato pecan crumble, creamy black-eyed pea hummus, a fried green tomato po’ boy, and a plantain-stuffed pork chop.
