Paper Planes Clothing Partners With ‘Too Fly Foundation’ to Help Students Study Abroad

It’s no secret that travel among millennials has changed drastically over the last few years. We’ve reported on the rise of solo travel, sabbaticals and the rise in people relocating to work abroad – but what about the kids?
Roc Nation adjacent clothing brand, Paper Planes, has recently introduced its new P.E.A.C.E Program in partnership with the Too Fly Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides travel grants and passport scholarships to underserved youth nationwide.
The “P.E.A.C.E (Please Educate All Children Equally) Program” aims to raise awareness for the disparities in education for urban youth. The New York-based company’s partnership with Too Fly is to bridge the gap of study abroad experiences of financially-disadvantaged and unexposed students.
“We are so excited to see the synergies of these two organizations,” says Brandon Miller, co-founder and brand director for the Too Fly Foundation. “Paper Planes motto is ‘Great is a Process’. Too Fly helps students be the greatest they can be by helping students see a world bigger than themselves. Together, we will do just that.”
Planes Co-Founder, Emory Jones is also excited about the partnership. “Travel is one of the keys to unlocking one’s imagination,” Jones says. “If it is done at an early age, the level of greatness that one can reach is limitless. This is why the partnership between Planes & Too Fly Foundation was a no brainer.”
The students featured in the P.E.A.C.E campaign are fellows the International Youth Leadership Institute in New York, a beneficiary of the Too Fly Foundation.
The limited-edition line premiered Friday, November 8, 2019, and is now available for purchase at the Paper Planes webstore. A portion of proceeds will go towards Too Fly Foundation.
