One of the oldest and largest cities in North America, Mexico City rose from the ancient Aztec city of Tenochtitlan. No matter what experience you are looking for, you’ll find it in this culturally rich city.

Bosque de Chapultepec

Bosque de Chapultepec is literally a 1,600-acre oasis of culture and beauty, featuring a botanical garden, as well as several historical sites and museums. Chapultepec Castle houses the National History Museum. While you are visiting the Bosque de Chapultepec, you may also want to stop by the National Museum of Anthropology.

Templo Mayor

Of course, no zoo would be complete without those amazing animals from Africa such as zebras, elephants, and rhinos. With so many animals to see, a trip to Zoologico Zacango is likely to take up an entire day of your vacation.
