Best Places To Stay In Dubai, UAE

As you would expect of a city intent on shattering expectations and offering excitement around every corner, Dubai has hotels that defy what traditional standards should be. They are not only comfortable and full of amenities, but they are feasts for the eyes. There are so many options, deciding where to stay in Dubai is incredibly difficult. To help, we’ve attempted to narrow down the list to some of the most stand-out locations.

The Unbeatable Luxury of Al Qasr

Al Qasr translates to “the palace” in Arabic, and you can rest assured that this place is a palace in the most literal sense. If you’re looking for a taste of authentic Arabian royalty, then look no further. You’ll be surrounded by Persian rugs, beautiful ornate lamps, and the scent of fresh spices and rose petals, and so much more. All of this is tempered, however, with sophistication.

Likewise, from any of the many suites in the palace, you will be able to take in the surrounding majestic landscape and have immediate access to countless of the very best restaurants and bars.

The amenities are far too many to list, but go above and beyond what you’d expect anywhere else: a complimentary spa experience, access to the Wild Wadi Waterpark, exclusive access to top-of-the-line boutiques, one of the best fitness centers in all of Dubai, and a special Sinbad’s Kids Club to keep the little ones entertained.

If you can afford to treat yourself, even for one night, you will never have a greater chance to feel like true royalty than you do at Al Qasr.

Stay at Either of the One&Only Mirages

Despite the name, there are two One&Only Mirage resorts. We would recommend staying at either, but for the absolute best experience, stay at Royal Mirage. Here, you will stay in the same rooms as past guests such as Michael Jackson, Madonna, and David Bechma. The stunning Arabian classic architecture, gardens of lush palm trees, and beachside cabanas will almost have you forget to explore the rest of Dubai.

As if that wasn’t enough, they also host South African instructors who can teach you everything you need to know about watersports, including wakeboarding and wakesurfing. Get your lessons and plan your next activity right from the Mirage!

Stay With a Penguin at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates

Kempinski Mall of the Emirates is a shopper’s dream come true, a combination hotel and mall, and both are absolutely stunning and of the highest quality. You can’t beat the convenience of walking from your room to high-end boutiques in sixty seconds. If that’s not unique enough, you look out on quite a peculiar view: Ski Dubai, the largest ski slope artificially made by man on the planet.

So yes, in Dubai, you can look out your hotel window to a lush winter landscape, complete with penguins. While they offer all the amenities you’d expect of a premium Dubai hotel, this is perfect for those seeking refuge from the heat with some skiing, tobogganing, or whatever winter activity floats your boat.
