Known as the playground for adults, Las Vegas is a city that never gets old.

Las Vegas has a subtropical desert climate year-round, which means the weather alone make Sin City the perfect destination for tourists.

If this is your first trip to Vegas, it’s impossible to visit without a stroll down the Strip on Las Vegas Boulevard. Sure, the Strip gets a lot of attention on movies, television shows, and on social media, but it truly is a gem for parties and entertainment. If nothing else, put a residency on your itinerary.

Next on your to-do-list should be the Hoover Dam. It’s one of the tallest dams in the world, behind the Oroville Dam in California and the Jinping-I Dam in China.

The Eiffel Tower Restaurant is a top attraction among tourists so be sure to make reservations in advance. With a gorgeous view of the Las Vegas Strip overlooking the Bellagio Fountains, the restaurant combines classic French cuisine with elegant dining.

The fun in Vegas lies beyond the day parties and casinos. The city is surrounded by natural beauty. A short ride up north will take you to Mount Charleston.  Here is where you will find 12 hiking trails, picnic sites and campgrounds.

Right now, JetBlue is offering non-stop flights from New York to Las Vegas for $218 round-trip with limited availability this September.
