Thailand’s capital city of Bangkok continues to draws millions of people from all over the world each year.

Another popular attraction are the floating markets. A floating market is where you purchase goods from a boat. Not only is it a fun and unique experience, but it’s one of the best ways to explore Bangkok. The most popular floating markets are Amphawa, Damneon, and Damnoen Saduak.

Because Bangkok is known for its market culture, among many other things, be sure to head down to the Chatuchak Weekend Market. Spread across more than 30 acres with over 8000 market stalls, Chatuchak Weekend Market is the largest market in Bangkok. Here is where you will find local handcrafts, arts, food, spices, and more.
