With these reduced flights coming as the weather cools, it’s the perfect opportunity to chase a little more sun. Los Angeles is known for its mild weather and sunny skies. Be sure to pack a light jacket because it gets cool in the evenings.

The NBA season is starting up, so head to the Staples Center to catch Lebron in action as a Laker.

If basketball isn’t your thing, there is still lots to do. Make your way to Runyon Canyon Park for a scenic hike. Make your way to the top to take in one of the best views of L.A. and the infamous Hollywood Sign. Don’t forget your camera, you may spot a celebrity or two while on the trail.

If you are looking for more touristy things, then head out to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Scope out your favorite entertainer’s star and snap a picture. Or you can head to Beverly Hills area to see how the rich and famous live.
