Screaming at airline employees isn’t the most effective way to get what you want.

One JetBlue passenger learned that lesson the hard way after she was recorded screaming at an employee because she was denied boarding privileges on Sunday. It wasn’t because of a lost ID. The 26-year old woman appeared to be drunk out of her mind.

Trying to fly out of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, the woman identified as Sabrina Rey Thomas was filmed yelling and attempting to jump over the service counter. “Get me out of this f—d up place, you rapists!” Thomas said.

To make matters worse, she tried to garner sympathy from employees about why she had a gun on her. “I have an f–king gun on me because I’m homeless!” she continued. She also damaged airport property by throwing a small duffle bag.

The deputy on scene tried to subdue Thomas, but his commands went ignored. He handcuffed her while she continued to yell out curse words. “She threw at me a boarding pass that she ripped into several pieces,” the deputy said. Thomas, a white woman, also screamed, “I’m racist against white people, I f–king hate white cops!” The California native was finally taken to Broward General Hospital under the state’s Baker Act, which allows involuntary institutionalization and examination of a person.

The video, which was recorded by rapper Post Malone’s manager, Dre London, went viral. The sheriff’s deputy wrote in his report that Thomas appeared to be delusional and mentally unstable.
