American Airlines has been rolling out many new features for its domestic flights. Most recently, they announced a partnership with Apple Music that allows guests to stream music for free while flying. This new integration began on February 1.

Passengers can connect to the inflight wifi and browse the pre-loaded Apple Music library that houses over 50 millions songs. You will need to sign up for a membership to stream the music. If you don’t currently have an account, you can sign up for a three-month trial on your flight.

In a statement, Apple Music vice president Oliver Schusser said, “For most travelers, having music to listen to on the plane is just as important as anything they pack in their suitcases. With the addition of Apple Music on American flights, we are excited that customers can now enjoy their music in even more places. Subscribers can stream all their favorite songs and artists in the air, and continue to listen to their personal library offline, giving them everything they need to truly sit back, relax and enjoy their flight.”

The latest feature for iPhone users will allow passengers to get updates by simply ‘asking Siri’ from their smartphone or apple device. You can ask Siri for updates on your flight and get up to the minute information.

If you’re looking to expand Siri’s travel usefulness even further, there are also integrations for FlightRadar24, VRBO, HomeAway, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Trip-IT, Waze and even Marriott’s new Bonvoy app.

British Airways and Lufthansa have also integrated similar features for their passengers.

With so many new tech integrations coming to travel, there are sure to be many more coming in the near future.
