March is Women’s History Month. Although every day is a good day to celebrate the magic of (black) women, here is a quick resource of some fabulous black women-owned companies so you can put some extra dollars back into our communities this month.

Abeille Creations

Melissa Mitchell is an Atlanta-based, self-taught artist, who has grown her small-business into a recognizable brand for its use of vibrant colors, unique shapes, and bold patterns. Her line is best known for its head wraps which have been worn by Lupita Nyong’o, Yandy Smith, Karen Civil, and Amara La Negra.  Do yourself a favor and snag one of your own, so you can add your name to that list.
