It could be the most under-appreciated holiday on the calendar but if you didn’t know, now you know, National Margarita Day is February 22. We suggest that you take this opportunity to celebrate the art of the margarita to the fullest. We’ve rounded up some of the best margaritas served across the US to ensure you know where to spend this very important holiday.

Secreto Lounge at Hotel St. Francis – Santa Fe, New Mexico

Secreto Lounge’s signature Smoked Sage margarita blends Azunia Reposado Tequila with Brazilian Orange Liqueur and a splash of fresh lime juice. Smoked sage is placed in the glass, which comes with a hickory-smoked salt rim for the perfect garish and finish.

Searsucker – San Diego and Del Mar, California

Head to Searsucker for the perfect strawberry margarita. This signature cocktail starts with El Jimador tequila, which they infuse in-house with strawberries and jalapeños. It is then mixed with lime juice, agave, and Grand Marnier and served on the rocks with a salted rim, lime wedge, strawberry slice, and jalapeño slice.
